1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk (We use Blue Diamond)
1 medium banana
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon white chia seeds
handful of kale or spinach
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Feel free to switch up the ingredients to your desired tastes -- swap strawberries for blueberries, avocado for banana or unsweetened soy milk for unsweetened chocolate almond milk.
